RECRUITMENT
Using my extensive experience, I work with clients to fully understand their requirements to ensure that only qualified candidates are presented. By leveraging my broad network, I then match those requirements to potential candidates and discuss the opportunity in detail with the candidate to determine interest.
I work with my business partner, Traci Kantzas, head of Greenfield Source, who handles all the details of the recruitment processes. I remain involved in the process throughout, checking in regularly with both the hiring manager and candidate, and handling any questions or concerns.
Given my overall experience in the industry, in particular the hiring of hundreds of professionals, I am able to offer a very focused and effective approach to recruitment of highly qualified staff. I have been successful in finding career advancement positions for individuals not looking for a change, not just those looking for new opportunities.
I also work with candidates to ensure that their achievements, experience and potential are presented appropriately, making it easier for potential employers to identify qualified candidates. I specialize in recruiting for manager level and above positions within biostatistics, statistical programming and data management.
